So you procrastinated did you? Me too.
In case you missed all of the memos, tomorrow is Halloween. I’m not really sure how that happened because I feel like the 4th of July was a couple weeks ago, but clearly I am sadly mistaken!
Don’t fret though! The trusty internet has provided me with some cheap and easy costume ideas – check them out:
Contour Tutorial –
This one definitely made me laugh – just apply your make up like you’re doing some serious highlighting and contouring, but don’t blend it! You will look ridiculous, but hey beggars can’t be choosers
Party Animal –
Grab an animal face mask of your choosing, a party hat and maybe one of those fun little things you blow into with the streamers and you’re all set!
Dancing Girl Emoji –
What has the world come to when an emoji counts as a costume? I don’t know, but it definitely meets the cheap and easy criteria. It wasn’t the only emoji suggestion I found either! Black tee shirt, black shorts, black socks, and top it all off with some black bunny ears
Bubble Bath –
Blow up some white balloons and pin them to a white tee shirt to make the bubbles, slap on a shower cap and you’re good to go!
Salt & Pepper –
Here’s an easy couple idea – one of you puts on a white shirt with a big “S” on it and the other wears a gray shirt with a “P”. No one can possibly screw that one up.
Side note: I saw soap and a loofah as a suggestion for a “last minute” couple’s costume. Don’t do it. Nothing about that is do able at the last minute and in my experience, you will show up to your Halloween party 2+ hours late because loofahing did not go as smoothly as you hoped…
