Revive exists to grow people through inspiring transformation, innovation and empowerment, to change our industry standard, by providing opportunities for our team and exceptional services to our guests.
Revive was founded in 2015 by owner, Kelsie McGraw, with the goal of transformation in mind. In the beginning, this mission was directed towards providing transformation to the guests, but quickly flourished to the team as well. Our mission as a company is to show our team and our guests that we can accomplish so much more than we think we can. Our goal is to show each person we come into contact with, that the glass ceiling we set for ourselves is very breakable. We exist to grow people, to inspire transformation, and to empower those around us. We do this through the services we provide and the relationships we build.

Revive was founded in November 2015 by Kelsie McGraw. In January 2017, Revive expanded to a small 800 square foot house in Palmer, Alaska and started hiring a team. In January 2019, the team grew from 1 to 13 and the 800 square foot cottage just wasn't cutting it anymore! Revive Aesthetics & Spa moved back to Wasilla in January 2019. A second location was opened in November of the same year in Palmer, Alaska. In 2021, Revive combined to one big team out of the Wasilla location where the employees can learn and evolve together. Revive continues to grow and expand with the same mission: Grow people and the rest will follow!

This is what we like to call, the ``Master's Degree in Esthetics.`` It is our 6-8 week training program for all new talent and helps to grow our team, increase their level of knowledge, and provide the success needed to start working towards accelerating their career. It is a step by step program that takes a brand new esthetician to a top performer in a matter of weeks!
